The Club members participate in the "Pens for Military Project" that many other wood turning clubs are involved in. The goal of the project is to express out appreciation for the service that military personnel provide. We do this by providing them with a hand-turned writing pen. The pen is made from brass shell casings that are combined with a variety of turned wood or other material. The club has participated in this for many years. The pictures are a sampling of the activities and results of those events.
