Location: Harrisburg HS shop (map below). Remember to park on the gravel lot.

For the open shop time, several people have been asking for more information on how to get started or to elevate their pens to the next level. For anyone with that interest, plan to attend the open shop time. There will be opportunities to work on other projects on the lathes as well, so bring your work that you want advice or assistance in working.

Also bring spare pen blanks for the raffle or to gift or trade.

Demo: none planned

The new schedule will be used again for this monthly meeting. There will be open shop time in the morning and lathes set up for anyone who wants to use them for other projects. Mentors will be around to help with any questions or to provide guidance if desired.

Make sure to bring your latest projects for Show and Tell. There is always a good selection of items that can inspire you to make your own works of art. There is always opportunities to learn from others by watching the demo or just talking with other turners.
If you have some projects you finished you can send photos of your work to Gene if you want it published on the web or Ranah or John Olson if you want them posted on Facebook.
